We are a small, local crew and gutter cleaning is what we do. We take our time with it.

We arrive in the cream van, tie off the ladder, and clear every run and downspout by hand. We bag what comes out and take it with us. Before we leave you get photos of the gutters as we found them and as we left them. If something looks worn or loose, we tell you. We don't sell you a repair.

How often should gutters be cleaned in Coquitlam?

Twice a year suits most Coquitlam houses under fir, cedar and maple. Once in late autumn after the leaves drop, and once in spring. Houses right under big conifers may need a third visit.

Do I need to be home when you come?

No. We need access to the outside of the house and a working outdoor tap. We text when we arrive and send photos when we leave.

What happens to the debris?

We bag it and take it with us. Nothing goes on your lawn or in your green bin.

Do you clean gutters in the rain?

Yes, in ordinary rain. We reschedule for high wind, ice or anything that makes a ladder unsafe.
